About this independent guide

Who publishes Cressvale Voter Guide, what it covers, and the boundaries of its nongovernmental role.

Updated

Cressvale Voter Guide is a small independent publication focused on helping county residents compare local candidates against a consistent record. It is not part of Cressvale County government, an election office, a campaign, a political party, or an endorsing organization.

The guide’s current edition covers the open County Commission, District 2 contest. Its editorial work is limited to organizing dated source material, checking proposal arithmetic, separating accepted consequences from predicted outcomes, and maintaining a visible corrections record.

The publication does not provide voter registration, polling-place, ballot-return, or eligibility guidance. It does not collect contact details, voter files, accounts, survey answers, donations, or volunteer information. It does not rank the candidates or recommend a vote.

The candidate campaigns, the E-Gazette, the neighborhood forum, and local advocacy organizations make their own editorial choices. Their differences in tone, page depth, and emphasis are not evidence of coordination. The guide cites a small number of candidate-controlled pages because they are primary sources for the claims being compared.
